EXECUTIVE SEARCH
Our Executive search applies the Axiom Smart process to the traditional headhunting approach.
- We provide search consultants on the basis of their knowledge of a particular sector or candidate population. Your consultant will constantly liaise with you not only to ensure a clear specification of the role but also to understand the company strategy and culture to allow the best match between client and candidate.
- Our teams of researchers work alongside our consultants to supply detailed pictures of the marketplace and identify areas of industry in which suitable candidates might be located.
- We provide regular communication to work in partnership with the client company ensuring that, at each stage, the search moves at a desirable pace and offers the appropriate results.
ADVERTISED SELECTION
The Axiom Smart process has a proven track record in the successful completion of high profile advertised assignments across both the Finance and ICT sectors.
- Placing an advertisement in a national newspaper or more specialist publication is a proven and effective method of attracting a wider range of candidates than might be available through a narrower search.
- We provide a search consultant who will familiarise themselves with your company and requirements, draft the advertisement and arrange its placement; meet with all candidates to assess their suitability, arrange interviews and brief the candidates, ensuring proper preparation and gauging a genuine level of interest and liaise with both you and the candidates to provide detailed feedback.
- A shortlist is usually presented three weeks from the placement of the advertisement.
CONTINGENT RECRUITMENT
- We maintain an extensive database of candidates currently seeking a change
- We meet with all candidates who have relevant skill sets and conduct screening interviews. The screening process focuses on career history to date, future aspirations, reasons for moving, presentation as well as remuneration.
- We shortlist candidates based on a job specification provided by the client.
Contingent Recruitment is conducted on a completion basis only, so no fee is payable unless a successful placement is made.
