The principal aim of the commercial contracts function is mitigate risk and maximise profit through balancing the strategic needs of the business with the market driven processes of awarding contracts. This is achieved by providing support to the business, in particular engaging with key resources (Sales and Marketing, Finance, Legal, Project, Technical, Account etc) by providing both tactical and strategic input into the requirements of the particular tender or company requirement.
