Executive Assessment & Testing

axiomsmart ™   has a self-contained module that we have developed for our on-line assessment facility. Developed around a brand new series of tests spanning the fields of ability, personality, interests and motivation, it offers an entirely new kind of assessment experience to the test-taker and unrivalled ease of use for organisational clients.


Our entire range of tests has been developed in conjunction with a partner using Macromedia Flash in order to bring a richly graphical interactive environment to the assessment experience. The tests have been designed to be attractive and appealing to people from a wide range of different backgrounds, yet at the same time have been developed on a firm psychometric footing to ensure their reliability, validity and suitability for purpose.


The axiomsmart™    reports are also pioneering, consisting both of short summary feedback reports for candidates and analytical reports for clients and administrators. The analytical reports not only provide the candidate's scores on the attributes being assessed but also, using detailed analyses of response patterns and timings, are able to provide additional insights to the candidate's performance.


The Client Area allows our clients to set up their own 'access codes’ that will be used by their candidates. An access code determines which tests and questionnaires will be offered to the candidate during the testing session, which reports will be sent to the client, which reports will be sent to the candidate and the e-mail address to which the client reports will be delivered. Clients can even set up their own 'custom fields’ that can be used to collect additional data from the candidates.


Our tests are also available on-line for anyone to take and to receive feedback on their results. In the case of ability tests, the tests available use different questions to those used for employee selection. However, these tests will be still useful to individuals seeking to gain some experience of psychometric testing or who wish to find out more about their skill and ability levels.
