Sema started her career in recruitment working for two major internationals.

After taking a 6 month sabbatical to travel round South East Asia, Sema joined Axiom to spearhead the Interim Finance and Transformation Division.

She has successfully managed multi vacancy campaigns  across Europe and supported a number of blue-chip business’s with change programmes.

It is Sema’s committed and flexible approach that has resulted in numerous successful campaigns. Long term relationships and understanding the individual needs of her clients and candidates is key to Sema. Her clients span across the FTSE 100 to the SME /VC/PE business’s across all sectors.
