I am pleased to have this opportunity to recommend Axiom Executive to you based on my experience of working with their Director and Senior Consultant over the past year or so.  As an independent business consultant and interim manager, I work closely with many of the country’s leading recruitment practices both as a candidate needing to ensure access to the best career opportunities and as a client when projects include the need to source additional staff or interim support.

In October 2010, Axiom secured an assignment for me at one of the world’s largest and best known electronics businesses where I had the pleasure of working alongside a number of other interim contractors they had provided for a complex and extensive project. My experience of working with Sema Dalkilic, Axiom’s Senior Consultant, both in initially securing the role and throughout the subsequent day to day contractor/client/supplier relationship could only be described as excellent. It is rare to find an interim resource provider who can maintain the same energy and enthusiasm for making sure everything works well for both client and candidate after the contract is underway as all will do to secure the placement. That exceptional quality of service was apparent not only in regular update calls but also in all aspects of contract administration from simple, practical documentation to probably the best, most reliable, payment processing I have encountered in my career to date (ultimately one of the most important things for any interim contractor). The other Axiom interim contractors that I worked with were all very well matched to the roles they were undertaking and I recognise this as a sign of a recruitment supplier who can really understand a client’s requirements and a candidate’s abilities and fit the two together well. I have subsequently sought Axiom’s assistance for the provision of candidates on behalf of another client and been similarly impressed by their quality of pre-selection and matching to the needs of the roles, not just the “tick-list” of a job description.

Sema and the rest of the team that I met during my registration were quite personable and I felt comfortable and hopeful that they would find me a suitable role.
