She initially worked within the service sector and spent four years in managerial positions. Steve Levett – Senior Consultant

Commercial Contracts Practice

Following 22 years service in the Army, Steve has now 9 years recruitment experience starting in Executive Search dealing with senior IT Sales appointments and, for the last 4 years, specialising in Commercial Contracts, Bid and In-House Legal professionals primarily, but not restricted to, the IT, IT Services, Defence and Telco sectors comprising retained Search, PSL and contingent assignments. Steve has joined Axiom to expand the Commercial Contracts practice focusing on senior interim and permanent roles across all sectors.

Sema Dalkilic - Senior Consultant

Finance Practice - Interim Management

Sema has 4 years recruitment experience, specialising in mid to senior finance professionals. She has successfully built strong relationships within FTSE 100, SME & VC backed companies. Having worked within a Global  multi-national ,responsible for delivering for PSLs, multi-site campaigns,  Sema has joined Axiom to focus on CFOs, FCs & Senior Managers in the interim market.

Alison Patching – Head of Research

After graduating with a degree in Linguistics & International Studies from the University of Surrey, Alison enjoyed a long and varied career with PricewaterhouseCoopers. Here she gained considerable experience working in Facilities Management, Service Delivery and Account Management before playing a key role supporting a major programme delivering Organisational Change and Process Improvement within its IT division.

 

Alison joined Axiom in 2006 to provide a research capability for all aspects of the business. She combines this role with the day to day running of the office and has a unique oversight of the whole process from initial information gathering through to invoicing and management reporting.
